HiD2000 is an ideal solution for applications where field devices with HART signals are located in a hazardous area and therefore need to pass through I.S. Isolators. 

• Fully integrate Intrinsic Safety and HART Mux panels. 
• Replaces DCS, PLC and ESD field termination panels. 
• Ideal for new or upgrade installations. 
• Saves spaces and simplifies design. 
• This solution uses the HiD2000 plug-in isolator family with either integral HART multiplexer position or HART connectors to patch over to a separate MultiMux HART panel.

Two options are available:

• The Mux2700 can be directly mounted onto the I.S. Termination Board. Having -HART as part of the model number identifies these panels. 
• The I.S. Termination panel has HART connectors used to interface over to an external HART panel like the MultiMux panel using interface cables. These boards are identified with a -H in their model numbers. 

Both models are available with either a standard Sub D connector or with DCS/PLC connectors to plug directly to DCS, PLC or ESD I/O cards using their standard system cabling.
